By attending the M.E.T event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Organizers, venue hosts, affiliates, and other participants are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, property damage, or inconvenience, including those caused by vendors, performers, attendees, or event activities, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct prohibited by law. You are responsible for your safety, health, and well-being and confirm you are physically and medically fit for social, physical, and food-related activities. You agree to follow all event guidelines, staff instructions, and local laws, and non-compliance may result in restricted entry or removal. Attendees must wear formal or ethnic attire, including suits, blazers, shirts, pants, traditional Indian outfits, and polished conservative shoes such as Oxfords or Derbys; dress code violations may result in denied entry or removal, and late arrivals may also be refused entry. Participants must inspect all food and drinks before consumption; organizers are not responsible for allergies, dietary restrictions, vendor errors, or cross-contamination and are not liable for injuries during dancing or other activities beyond gross negligence. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the event is modified, rescheduled, or partially cancelled, except where prohibited by law. Conversations, interactions, photos, videos, and recordings are not confidential; organizers may use them for promotional purposes and are not responsible for attendees’ recordings or social media posts. M.E.T reserves the right to remove any attendee at its discretion for rule violations, unsafe behaviour, flirtatious, obscene behaviour, sexual behaviour or other reasonable cause. Hazards or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately, and attendees must follow organizer instructions during emergencies; organizers are not responsible for medical costs or evacuation. All attendees may be required to acknowledge this disclaimer in writing or electronically, confirming that they have read and accepted all terms, risks, and rules. Participants are responsible for their own health, accident, and personal insurance, and by attending, accept all risks inherent to social, physical, and food-related activities. M.E.T, its organizers, and affiliates are fully released from any claims, except where prohibited by law. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, including international attendees’ acknowledgment.

By attending this event, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken. You grant M.E.T (Mingle Eat Talk Ventures) a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials only for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes or coverage of this specific event, including social media, newsletters, or event recap materials, for a period of 36 months after the event. Any use beyond this scope requires additional consent. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform the registration desk upon arrival. You will receive a visible identifier (e.g., badge or sticker), and M.E.T will make best efforts to exclude you from photos or recordings, including group shots where feasible. Please note, however, that complete exclusion from all event photography or videography cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to have your images or recordings removed after the event, you may submit a removal request to M.E.T within 30 days of the event. M.E.T will review and honour such requests within 14 days where possible. By attending, you do not waive your rights outside the scope described above. All materials remain the property of M.E.T, but usage is strictly limited to the purposes and timeframe described. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
